Autumn winter cherry with short internodes suitable for transplants in Sicily from end of August to December. The fruits weigh 20-25 g, gathered on a very strong rachis, are resistant to cracking and guarantees long shelf life post harvest.
The berry has a strong consistency but the internal flesh is pleasant on the palate thanks to an excellent acid / sugar ratio, which enhances the flavour. The variety is sensitive to the use of growth regulators.
